Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Promotional Period: The promotion is open for purchase between 00:01 on 1st May 2021 and 23:59 on 31st July 2021. All claims must be submitted online by 23:59 on 31st August 2021.
Eligibility: Open to residents of Great Britain only, aged 18 years or over except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and each of its group companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
Purchase is necessary and internet access is required to claim.
To Redeem the Offer: To claim your free Warner’s Copa glass 568ml or Tumbler glass 468ml, purchase a promotional bottle featuring a neck collar of either Warner’s London Dry Gin 70cl or Warner’s Rhubarb Gin 70cl, visit www.warnersgin.co.uk and enter the 6-digit Unique Code printed on the reverse of the promotional neck collar along with the first line of your address and postcode. Then enter full name, full address including postcode, email address and payment details. With each valid glass redemption between 1st May 2021 and 19th August 2021 you will also receive a link on the confirmation email offering 15% off Warner’s Gin Social Summer Series virtual tours (see clause 10 for further details).
Postage Contribution: You will be required to make a payment of £2.77 via debit or credit card for postage of your glass at the time you redeem the offer. Redemptions of the offer will not be accepted where payment for postage is not received by the Promoter.
Qualifying Promotional Packs are as follows: Warner’s London Dry Gin 70cl or Warner’s Rhubarb Gin 70cl featuring a promotional neck collar.
Each promotional code is unique and can only be used once during the Promotional Period. The 6-digit Unique Codes must be submitted by no later than 23.59 on 31st August 2021 to qualify. Claims submitted or received after this time will not be accepted. Each 6-digit Unique Code entered is valid for the redemption of one free Warner’s Copa glass 568ml or Tumbler glass 468ml. You will not be able to choose your free glass as this will depend on which promotional bottle variant of Warner’s Gin you have purchased. For the avoidance of doubt, if you have purchased the Warner’s Rhubarb Gin 70cl variant, you will receive a Copa glass 568ml and if you have purchased Warner’s London Dry Gin variant will receive a Tumbler glass 468ml. The promotion is limited to a maximum of two claims per household, despite which product variant is purchased and subject to stock availability.
Glasses will be dispatched by the Promoter’s handling house via Royal Mail second class post within 28 days of a valid online claim. Glasses will be sent to the postal address submitted with the online claim form and only after successful redemption validation. It is the responsibility of the claimant to supply the correct postal address. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of a glass caused by the provision of wrong information or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control. This includes as an example, the current COVID-19 outbreak which may lead to the glass delivery being delayed.
Virtual tour redemption offer: Upon successful redemption validation a 15% off code will be emailed to you along with your glass claim confirmation email. The 15% off code is valid against Warner’s Gin Social Summer Series virtual tours. The offer valid from 00:01 on 1st May 2021 to 00:01 on 19th August 2021 only. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code. There is a maximum of one code per person, per ticket. The discount code only applies to the paid virtual tours Gin Social Summer Series on the following dates: 20th May 2021, 24th June 2021, 22nd July 2021, 26th August 2021. Code cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative. Offer can be amended or withdrawn at any time.
No redemptions from agents, third parties, organised group or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries. No claimant can use their computer to enable multiple redemptions. The Promoter will track redemptions and carry out analysis and verification investigations if necessary.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected claims, network or systems failure or delay, such claims will be void. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non-receipt or the late receipt of claims due to network failure or for any associated costs to claimants. No claims submitted via any other means will be accepted. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route.
To help ensure that your claimant experience is safe, simple and secure Warner’s Distillery Limited uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode. All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of our payment partner Stripe, Inc’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe, Inc’s primary services (API, website, etc.).
Each code is 6-digits long and printed on the reverse of the promotional neck collar. In any instance where your code does not work or you cannot read your code please contact customer service at support@warnersgin.co.uk
Any persons or households attempting to claim more than twice by (including but not limited to) using multiple identities or addresses will be disqualified.
Proof of redeeming is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. Responsibility is not accepted for claims lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website.
The Copa glass 568ml or Tumbler glass 468ml are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. If for any reason either glass is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for another glass, at its sole discretion.
You acknowledge that Warner’s Distillery Limited will collect and process your personal information, in accordance with its privacy policy https://www.warnersdistillery.com/pages/privacy-policy including for its legitimate business purposes such as to provide you with personalised services and content, to analyse and consider ways of improving our services and products, to administer the promotion and your redemption and to respond to your requests. Your personal details will, at all times, be kept secure and confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. All personal data collected as a result of this promotion will stored for a maximum of 12 weeks after the closing date by Warner’s Distillery Limited, before being deleted in accordance with the Data Protection legislation. You can request access to your personal data collected under the Promotion, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to support@warnersgin.co.uk.
